Description
We are currently looking for experienced, qualified chefs for winter season 2008-9.
Working as a member of the Service-Compris team, you will be required to provide freshly prepared dishes on a daily basis for a variety of clientele.
You'll be responsible for the planning and preparation of guest's breakfasts, afternoon tea, evening canapés and a four/five course meal each day, 6 days per week, demonstrating your own creative flair whilst maintain our high standards of service.
Requirements
You need to be adaptable, and able to think on your feet; enjoy the challenge of interacting directly with clients and tailoring their culinary experience to suit their needs during their stay in Chamonix.
Previous experience of working in similar role is essential.
