We are looking for an excellent chef and a chalet host for our 12 bed chalet Valeriane in Courchevel.
CHALET HOST will be responsible for the organising and running of a chalet for up to 12 guests.
This will include:
* Daily cleaning of the chalet with extra cleaning on changeover days.
* Serving and clearing breakfast.
* Setting out afternoon tea
* Serving, participating in and clearing the evening meal.
CHEF will provide food for up to 12 guests, 6 days a week, including breakfast, afternoon tea cakes and dinner, which should include canapés and 4 courses (1 being cheese).
You will be responsible for menu planning, placing orders to suppliers, any necessary weekly shopping, keeping efficient control of stocks & help with extra cleaning on changeover day.
There should be time to ski or board almost every day, there are no set hours. Free time all depends on your own efficiency, being organised and in control of the related tasks. |

Domestic experience (running a home) and customer service experience would be an advantage to the host.
The chef should ideally have previous experience and relevant qualifications .
All applicants must have a mature outlook and hold an EU passport and have a UK bank account.
You must be friendly, outgoing, responsible and be able to work hard as part of a team but without constant supervision.
If you are applying as a couple it would be preferable if you have worked together successfully before. |
