Description
Chalet couple needed in Morzine! We are looking for a chef and chalet host, preferably a couple, with experience of running all aspects of a high-end chalet. After 8 years of providing quality ski holidays in Morzine, Ski Harrington has gained a reputation for truly personal service in a relaxed atmosphere and we have a valued client base.

Between you your duties will include the provision of a cooked breakfast, a fresh cake for afternoon tea and a four course evening meal six days out of seven. The chalet must be also cleaned on a daily basis.

Requirements
The chef must be able to cook to a very high standard in a dinner party atmosphere while both of you must have good commucation skills, be able to work under pressure and have a high understanding of customer relations. If you have the required experience you will know that the work is hard but we understand that ski time is essential and with good time management you should have loads of time on the white stuff.
