Sunsail Clubs currently recruit for Club Vounaki in Greece. Sailing is like the way of life here. The resort offers something for everyone both on and off the water and is the perfect family holiday escape, especially for those looking to learn something new. Our Kid’s Clubs cater for all ages from 4 months to 17 year olds, and our shorebased activities include Tennis courts, fitness Studio and Mountain Biking.

About the Role

Our season has now started but do not worry – you have not missed out! We are still recruiting for our stand-by list. This role will require you to travel at short notice so please do not apply for this position if you cannot travel within 1 week.

 To supervise and drive a small team to provide an effecient restaurant and bar service whilst delivering a high level of customer service, in a professional and friendly manner. To work as part of a team both UK and local and show motivation when required to work individually.

Requirements

· Understanding of working within budgets
· A good knowledge of menu planning
· Be able to lead a team
· Ability to deal with customers
· Able to work under pressure
· Be able to use a computer
· Ability to work as a reliable member of the team
· Highly motivated individua
l· Good communication skills - oral and written 
· Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
· First Aid certificate
· IBT Level 3 or equivalent
