Are you someone who has got plenty of catering experience, ideas and enthusiasm, and would like to combine using and improving these skills with spending a winter in one of Europe’s top ski resorts?

Based in our larger chalet hotel properties and catering for 40 or more people, you will manage kitchen operations and staff to ensure all dietary requirements are met for breakfast, afternoon tea, high tea for children and 3-course evening meals.

In addition to catering, duties include: organising work rotas for kitchen staff; monitoring budgets; centralising stock-take and food orders; checking and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food standards; liaising with the Chalet Hotel Manager and staff to organise an efficient and professional service.

Requirements

Previous professional experience catering for a minimum of 40 people; proven staff management skills; flexible attitude; budgeting experience; catering and/or food hygiene qualifications an advantage.
