Experienced Bar Manager / Supervisor? This role involves overall responsibility for management of hotel bars including setting up and running of the bar and management and motivation of the team of bar staff.
Duties include:
* Organisation of staff rotas
* Pre-season menu planning and costing
* Reconciling cash receipts and deliveries
* Liaison with suppliers
* Weekly stock take and ordering
* Planning and advertising of bar promotions
* Ensuring staff behave in a professional manner in front of guests in the bar
* Assisting in the co-ordination of evening entertainments and encouraging staff to be involved
* Carrying out Duty Manager function as requested by the Hotel Manager
* Attending staff meetings and conducting weekly departmental meetings |

Must have bar management/supervisory experience.
You must also have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number. |
