Description

Family Ski Company specialises in providing catered chalet holidays with a flexible programme of childcare. As a Chef you will be passionate about cooking and presentation and have confidence to cook for up to 16+ adults.

Chefs prepare all the meals in the chalet and join adult guests for their evening meal. Other duties include providing breakfast, home baked afternoon tea, children’s food and daily cleaning of the kitchen, contribution to menu design, food shopping and ordering and stock control.

Family Ski Company provide their resort teams with an excellent employment package. This includes your food and accommodation, full season lift pass, ski or snowboard hire, uniform (including ski jacket), return transport from the UK to resort, medical and personal liability insurance. You will also receive a weekly wage paid into a UK bank account.

Requirements

A sound knowledge of food and kitchen hygiene is essential, NVQ qualifications preferred. A Driving Licence is an advantage.

All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number, UK bank account and hold an EU Passport,  and due to the nature of our business all employees must be ISA registered and hold a recent CRB enhanced disclosure, we can assist with this process.
