Restaurant Managers

Description

Restaurant Managers are required to run our busy restaurants within our chalet hotels.

With your excellent knowledge of all aspects of restaurant management, you'll ensure all of our guests experience the high standards of service they are expecting.

You'll be responsible for budgeting, staff training, staff management, customer service, complaint handling, planning of buffet layouts and constant liaison with the Head Chef to ensure all our guests' requirements our met.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you'll be involved in management meetings, carrying out Duty Manager shifts and assisting with other departments from time to time. You'll therefore not only develop your restaurant skills but learn a lot about general hotel management.

Requirements

Your experience must have included a la carte, and silver service skills are essential as well as strong interpersonal and staff management skills.

All applicants must have a British passport, a British National Insurance number and a British bank account.
