Description
Are you either a qualified chef or someone who has got plenty of catering experience, ideas and enthusiasm, and would like to combine using and improving these skills with spending a winter in one of Europe’s top ski resorts?

Based in our larger chalet hotel properties and catering for 40-75 people; Your main responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef to ensure that all dietary requirements are met for guests` breakfast, afternoon tea, high tea for children and 3-course evening meals; maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and food standards within the kitchen. In the absence of the Head Chef, the Second Chef would be expected to take on their respective duties.

Requirements
Flexible attitude; previous professional experience catering for a minimum of 40 people; catering and/or food hygiene qualifications an advantage.

Applicants for European positions must have a permanent National Insurance number, a UK or EU passport, a UK contact address and a UK bank account.
