Description
Work as a key member of a dedicated team this winter in the French Alps! As an Operations Assistant, you will be required to help set up and close down the resort, manage cleaning, check inventories (seasonals only), and make accommodations ready for first rentals.

You will also be responsible for all literature and its production provided in our portfolio of weekly properties, as well as monitoring the upkeep of all properties, including ordering necessary cleaning products. You must also check 'scatered' properties are ready and monitor our chefs & breakfast hosts daily.

Our guests will look to you to provide local knowledge and a high quality service. As such, you will need to show seasonal tenants to their property and make best efforts to handle the welfare of all our guests.

Requirements
- Operations background essential within the ski industry or a proven track records in event organisation or an operations role
- Knowledge of spoken & written French
- Outstanding organization skills
- Flexible approach
- Full driving licence
- Experience in dealing with staff, general public & suppliers
- The job may require working unusual hours if a client has a problem outside normal office hours.
