Description
Ensure the smooth running of the ski season in our London office. As a reservations manager your role is to sell our ski holidays and to manage all requests/enquiries and deal with them accordingly.

You will also be responsible for ensuring payment for each booking is made and for booking taxis, ski schools and restaurants, as requested by clients. You will need to be organised in order to compile weekly stats and figures.

Requirements
-Proven track record in the sales environment
- Knowledge of the ski industry would be useful and of Val d’isere, but not essential
- Strong people & communication skills are essential
- Ability to work under pressure as the phone line gets busy
- Organized and methodical for paperwork purposes.
- Trustworthy as you will be working alone in a small office environment
- Knowledge of spoken & written French
- Self-motivated, upbeat personality
