Work in Val d'Isere this ski season!

This role requires you to maintain Mountain Rooms & Chalets portfolio & Val Service contracted properties. You must be either a trained plumber, electrician, carpenter or have a proven track record in any of these fields.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing maintenance work as it is briefed in relation to our range of weekly and seasonal rented properties
- Maintaining Job Sheets for accounts purposes.
- Identifying parts and materials required to carry out each job and submit lists for purchasing.
- Monitoring stock levels of basic maintenance materials to ensure we have optimum stock levels in the store.
- Providing support to your Manager in terms of deliveries, pick-ups and ‘general running around’ in resort.

Requirements
- Knowledge of spoken & written French is useful.
- Electrical or plumbing experience necessary or a proven track record within the maintenance environment.
- The job may require working unusual hours if a client has a problem but this RARELY happens.
