Personal Assistant

Company: Mountain Rooms & Chalets
Location: Val d’Isere, French Alps
Benefits: £150/week + shared accommodation + ski insurance + full season lift pass + travel to and from London + ski hire + food allowance + 1 day off per week

Description
If you are looking to spend a winter working in Val d'Isere and would like to work for a young, lively company, then this could be the job for you!

This exciting and varied role will require you to provide administrative support and assistance to the manager, as well as to help our guests in any way possible.

Responsibilities include:
* managing calls, emails, expenses and appointments for the manager
* processing new property mandates
* creating property profiles and managing filing
* booking travel when required
* assisting guests and carrying out other reasonably required duties as and when necessary.

Requirements
* proven track record in an administrative role either secretarial or PA
* very strong people & communication skills are essential
* French is essential
* organized, methodical, flexible and trustworthy
