Customer Service Officers

Working within a chalet hotel, duties include:

* All aspects of guest relations,
* Dealing with guest's requests,
* Problem solving,
* Translating,
* Providing local information,
* Dealing with maintenance and housekpeeing requests,
* Answering hotel phone and administration,
* Booking restaurants and taxis and liaising with suppliers.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience, professional with excellent interpersonal, listening and communicative skills. A good standard of French, German or Italian is essential.

You must have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number.
