At Riders Republic we think of each guest as if they were an old friend, yet we treat them as if they were our first. We have a laidback approach coupled with an acute eye for detail which leaves our guests feeling happy, relaxed and well looked after.
We are looking for couples who will host and cook to a high standard, recreating a dinner party atmosphere for groups and families of 8-20, night after night...
Between you your main duties will be:
* To ensure that all guests enjoy their stay and are offered the highest Riders Republic service day after day
* To manage quality and stock control for all catering in the chalet
* To prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal from quality ingredients.
* To budget to a set menu and shop for the ingredients every week
* To serve and clear breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner
* To ensure the presentation of the chalet is always impeccable – which includes cleaning bathrooms, living areas and kitchen daily.
* To change beds and clean chalet bedrooms once a week on changeover day
* To clear rubbish from the chalet daily
* To maintain a hot tub / sauna (with training provided)
* To play an active role in the RR team on and off the mountain.
* To stock take laundry weekly |

One of you should have relevant chefs experience or the ability to cook to a high standard with a passion for catering and presentation.
You will be:
* A self-motivator who works well in a team
ability to think on ones feet, flexible and pro-active
* Organised, helpful and friendly
* Professional with a keen attention to detail |
