Spend the Winter working in a lively bar/restaurant in Tignes!

Le Brasero bar & Restaurant, sits at the foot of the slopes in the French ski resort of Tignes, part of Espace killy ski area along with Val D’Isere.

With a large terrace and a lively bar and restaurant Le Brasero has been a success for Nic & Karen over the last three years, we are looking to improve on this for the coming winter season and require three more chefs to work with the existing team.

Le Brasero serves lunches, bar snacks and an evening menu, with an average of about 600 meals a week.

The successful chefs will be employed on a full contract with accommodation available and on French minimum wage.

Requirements
Applicants are required to hold valid health & hygiene certificates and a recognized catering qualification.

You are also required to provide 2 references.
