Spend the winter in the 3 valleys? Stepping stone to management level?
We are looking for a head resort representative to work in our resort in the three valleys immediately!!
Our weekend and short break product is unique with many loyal customers.
In this key role of Resort Head Rep, you will need to pull upon your previous rep experience to achieve and sustain our weekly targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
You will be responsible for all guest related services. More than anything, you will need to be ableo help our customers get the most from their holiday and be wow’d by both you and SkiWeeks.
From coordinating our busy transfer days and après ski events, to looking after clients' safety in resort, to completion of weekly accounts the list is endless. This is a very hands-on role, you will lead by example to guide your team of 3 staff. .
You will work as part of a close-knit resort team within a supportive and friendly company.

Requirements
- Over 21 yrs old and hold a clean UK drivers licence
- Have previous experience of leading a team
- Previous experience of working in a ski resort as a representative or ski guide
- You will have excellent customer service and organisational skills, enthusiasm, motivation
- Be calm and work well under pressure and have the ability and initiative to think on your feet·
- You will be confident, flexible, and a good listener
