Spend the winter in the Three Valleys!
You will be head of the resort team responsible for all guest related services and issues at our club hotel Le Verseau and all other contracted hotels in Brides-les-Bains, as well as the smaller operations we operate in La Tania and Mottaret. You will be the first and last person our guests see in resort and are critical to ensuring they get the most from their holiday. From coordinating our busy transfer days and ski lesson groups, to leading our après ski events, to looking after our clients safety whilst in resort, the list is endless.
Our weekend product is unique, you will therefore need to pull upon your previous rep experience to continually motivate and encourage your resort team to achieve and sustain our weekly targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
More than anything you will need to be able to help our customers get the most from their holiday and be wow’d by both you and SkiWeekends. In a perfect world there are no problems, in reality it is how you deal with problems that makes you stand out. You will have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to cope under pressure in stressful situations. You will also be working closely with the hotel team to ensure the smooth running of the resort.

* You will have at least 2 seasons previous winter resort rep experience.
* Conversational French is essential.
* You will be over 21 yrs old and hold a clean UK drivers licence.
All applicants for European positions must have a permanent National Insurance number, a UK or EU passport, a UK contact address and a UK bank account. |
