Spend the winter in the Three Valleys!
You be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of all our guests using our company minibuses. You will also assist our Head Rep in all guest related services and issues at our club hotel Le Verseau and all other contracted hotels in Brides-les-Bains, as well as the smaller operations we operate in La Tania and Mottaret.
Our weekend product is unique, you will therefore need to pull upon your previous rep experience to continually achieve and sustain our weekly targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
More than anything you will need to be able to help our customers get the most from their holiday and be wow’d by both you and SkiWeekends. In a perfect world there are no problems, in reality it is how you deal with problems that makes you stand out. You will have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to cope under pressure in stressful situations. You will also be working closely with the hotel team to ensure the smooth running of the resort.

* You will have at least 1 season's previous winter resort rep experience.
* You will be confident, flexible, a good listener and able to think clearly and rationally in a crisis.
* You will be over 21 yrs old and hold a clean UK drivers licence.
* Conversational French is not essential but a bonus.
All applicants for European positions must have a permanent National Insurance number, a UK or EU passport, a UK contact address and a UK bank account. |
