Ski Power are recruiting for staff for the 2008/09 ski season.
We currently have a vacancy for a hard working and motivated Hotel Chef.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel kitchen, menu pricing, ordering and quality control, and budget control of the kitchen. You will also be expected to oversee and assist with the cleaning of the kitchen.
In return, Ski Power provide a competetive package including monthly wage, accommodation, uniform, Lift pass, equipment hire, travel to & from UK to resort.
Please note that following your first interview, if successful, you would be invited to return to demonstrate your skills in the kitchen by cooking for 14 people.

Experience is essential for this role and very high quality cuisine skills are expected.
We would expect the successful applicant to have a professional cooking qualification and be comfortable and experienced in catering for 40 people at each sitting. |
