Description
Ski Power are recruiting for staff for the 2008/09 ski season.

We currently have a vacancy for a hard working and motivated Sous Chef.

You will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Chef with all aspects of his work (see above) and on at least one night each week would take full control of the kitchen. You will also be expected to assist with the cleaning of the chalet.

In return, Ski Power provide a competetive package including monthly wage, accommodation, uniform, Lift pass, equipment hire, travel to & from UK to resort.

Please note that following your first interview, if successful, you would be invited to return to demonstrate your skills in the kitchen by cooking for 14 people.

Requirements
Experience is essential for this role and very high quality cuisine skills are expected.

We would expect the successful applicant to have a professional cooking qualification and be comfortable with catering for large numbers of guests in one sitting.
