This position is based in one of our top-end catered chalets. The job involves providing a high level of customer service to clients in a clean, safe, professional and well-organised environment that is welcoming and friendly.
The role is ‘hands-on’ and will require service at all main meals and room/chalet cleaning on a regular basis plus a major clean on all changeover days. Guests will also need a guide as they get to know the slopes and local area, so you should be prepared to provide advice and assistance wherever necessary.
This position will suit people who are experienced and happy working in an environment where excellent service is the norm. You should be able to demonstrate a great eye for detail and be able to provide pro-active ideas for improvements in service delivery.
Main responsibilities:
* Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Servicing of all bedrooms and public areas on a daily basis.
* Assisting in the serving of meals.
* Assisting with chalet laundry.
* Running chalet bar 1 night per week.
* Smooth running of changeovers.
* Socialising with guests.
* Support to chalet manager and other chalet staff. |
