You will be responsible for working with/partnering the Chalet Host/Cook, looking after guests, making sure that they get to ski school and the slopes on a daily basis, you are confident and enthusiastic and have the drive and dedication to make sure our guests receive excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming new guests to Chatel and saying goodbye to guests leaving the resort on transfer day, helping guests with luggage.
* Looking after guests needs and making sure they are looked after during their holiday.
* Liaising with guests and resort director regarding ski hire, lift passes.
* Driving the shuttle/mini bus to and from the slopes on a daily basis, helping guests with their skis and boards.
* Cleaning the mini bus on a weekly basis and completing a weekly vehicle report form.
* Doing weekly transfers to Geneva.
* Ski hosting 2 days a week (Not in single person chalets).
* Ensuring that equipment maintained in your chalet, advising the resort director of any minor/major repairs, replacing bulbs as required.
* Helping the Chalet Host/Cook Keep your chalet clean on a daily basis.
* Daily care and maintenance of chalet equipment e.g. dishwashers, hot tubs, etc.
* Helping the Chalet Host/Cook thoroughly clean your chalet on transfer day.
* On transfer day sorting dirty linen for collection and preparing the chalet for new guests.
* Snow clearance.
* Hosting and helping the Chalet Cook prepare and serve all meals in the chalet, helping the Chalet * Cook clear up after all meals.
* Dining with guests each evening.

* A minimum of 23 years of age.
* Professional.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
* A clean full valid driving licence (3 years plus).
* Some experience of general household maintenance desirable.
* Ability to ski at intermediate standard.
* Organised, flexible and practical.
* If part of a couple to be able to demonstrate that you can work as a team.
All candidates must hold an EU passport and have a UK NI Number. |
