Description
Neilson is dedicated to providing active holidays. We have over two decades of experience operating exceptional sailing holidays. From beginners to experts alike - we make these holidays accessible to everyone. With our ever expanding fleet of yachts which we own ourselves, we operate sailing centres from several of our Beachplus Clubs as well as from our main base in Nidri, Greece.

You would be working as part of a small team to proactively provide assistance to all guests using the yachts out on Flotilla each week. You must be self motivated, have good communication skills, be able to work on your own initiative and be an excellent team player.
Other responsibilities include:
Taking personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Neilson equipment.
Assisting in providing a safe and enjoyable working environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to, for both staff and guests.
Assisting in organising and hosting social events on most evenings, and generally interacting with guests on a regular basis.
To be flexible in working hours to ensure yachts are fully functional whenever possible
