Description
We seek Reception Staff to provide exceptional service at our chalets in Alpe d'Huez.

Your specific duties will include:

* Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
* Answer the phone (you may be the only French speaker on duty on some occasions) take reservations & messages in the absence of the manager.
* Check clients in & out in the absence of the manager
* Keep clean & tidy restaurant, bar & terrace area

Bar duties

* Chat with the clients & make them feel welcome
* Serve drinks and record sales or take payments
* Restock bar
* Order drinks needed

Servicing & setting up restaurant

* Greet & welcome the clients let them know where to sit.
* Liaise with chef about menus
* Liaise with manager as to numbers for each meal
* Lay up tables for appropriate meal
* Serve meals

Requirements
French at an intermediate level or fluent is essential for this position.
