Are you an advanced skier looking for a challenging role in the Alps this Winter?

The Yeti Club is an exclusive ski club for our budding younger skiers aged between 4 and 10 years. The children are picked up by our staff from the hotels and taught to ski by local professional ski instructors during the day (under the close supervision of our Yeti staff).
The Yeti / Ski Manager is responsible for planning and running the Yeti Club during Peak Weeks, as well as managing a team of assistants. They then assume the role of Ski Manager outside the Peak Weeks, ski guiding adult guests around the ski area.

Requiring a wide range of skills from ski guiding adults to managing a large team of Yeti staff. You will need a passion for skiing, a good rapport with children and have the ability to think logistically when it comes to organising the Yeti Club.

The role of Yeti / Ski Manager is one of the most challenging positions in the Alps!


Requirements
* Advanced level skier / snow boarder (a minimum of 20 weeks is required).

* Experience of working with children aged 4 - 9 years (required).

* Full clean driving license, held for a minimum of 1 year (required).

* Experience in handling senstive guest issues (required).

* Computer Literate (required).

* Languages (French or German) (desirable).

* Previous customer service experience (desirable).

* Previous resort experience (desirable).

* Good understanding of the safety issues involved with supervising children.
