Morzine Ski Chalets are seeking two enthusiastic winter season workers, each to fill one of these multifaceted roles in the resort of Morzine, France.
As a Driver / Ski Host / Chalet Assistant you'll be responsible for providing an excellent service to guests, ensuring their safety and representing a good image for Morzine Ski Chalets.
Your main duties will include:
* Driving guests to/from the airport on arrival/departure days
* Meeting/greeting guests at airport
* Loading/unloading baggage
* Maintenance of vehicles (petrol/oil/water/tyre checks)
* Cleaning vehicles on weekly basis
* Putting on snow chains (training provided)
* Hosting guests on the slopes for one day of the week or more
* Assisting other team members as & when required
* Dropping/picking up the clients to/from the slopes
* Helping with apartment/chalet changeovers when there are no transfers
* Clearing snow from driveway
* Assisting with any requests, queries or problems guests may have
* Reporting any problems to resort manager |

You must be enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and a good team player. You have to be confident, considerate and careful when driving and hosting on the slopes. This role requires good organisation skills & excellent guest relations.
The hours are long and the job can be physically demanding (especially on changeover days where it involves a full day) so working as a team is essential.
Guests must come first at all times and should be cared for in a warm and friendly manner to ensure they have a successful and great holiday.
Although the job is challenging, it is also highly rewarding and you will get time for lots of fun!
Specific requirements:
* Over 23 years old (for insurance purposes)
* Holds a full, clean driver's license (minimum 5 years)
* UK bank account/NI number
* Previous winter transfer experience preferred
* Skiing/boarding to competent level
* Knowledge of resort
* French an advantage |
