The Job & Requirements

The main responsibility of the Operations Assistant is to support the Operations Manager in the delivery of their key objective 'to ensure the smooth and efficient management of in-resort operations''.  Key tasks the Assistant will be responsible for include:

 -  Ensuring that all clients pre-travel arrangements are put in place and that their holiday runs as smoothly as possible as everything has been organised for them before they arrive.  In collaboration, ensuring that the chalet staff are provided with accurate information on the clients request in order that they know what their client expects and how the chalet should be set up in a timely manner, which is the focus of weekly team meetings.
 - Production of tourist tax reports.
 - Production of client end of stay bills.
 - Production and management of chalet damage reports.
 - Production of client lift passes using an online system.
-  Accurate management of the complex Petty Cash system.
 - Efficient management of the chalet stock process, liaising with the drive team to ensure that the chalet teams have everything they need in order to carry out their job.

Key Skills

Applicants should have a strong PA/EA or Logistics background at a senior level.
The successful candidate must be able to speak/read/write French to Intermediate level.
 Due to extremely busy nature of the role and that of the Operations Manager the ideal candidate must be confident in managing his/her own day and working to tight deadlines, often with little guidance.

Pay range is dependent upon  experience+ tips + CK benefits package
