This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Host in one of our fantastic chalets in wonderful European ski resorts. This position will appeal to a strong independent all rounder who has a passion for service and enjoys working closely with guests.
From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby 'Nothing is too much trouble'. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible level of “Scott Dunn” service
- Thoroughly clean and look after a chalet for up to ten guests
- Work closely with the chalet chef to ensure that guests are looked after to the highest standard
- Lay the table, serve a full breakfast, afternoon tea, children’s tea and canapés and four course evening meal that the chalet chef has prepared
- Creating a warm, friendly environment
- Be responsible for reporting overall basic maintenance within the chalet
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous background in guest relations and ideally experience in waiting and/or housekeeping. Silver service is highly desirable
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (essential)
