Description
We are looking for an experienced resort representative to look after our guests in Les Houches, Chamonix Valley for the coming winter.
You would be respnsible for liaising with the guests prior to their arrival and passing that information on to the chalet hosts, meeting and greeting guests on their arrival and arranging all of their holiday needs from ski passes and lessons to meals out paragliding. You will also be required to meet with the guests during their stay to make sure all is going well and if you can help with anything else. Also to help solve any problems they may have.
Requirements
This is an ideal position for someone who has worked in a ski resort before and
would like the responsibility of working independently while meeting a
large number of people each week. Sales skills will be required as the
role requires you to sell services to guests to earn commissions for
both yourself and the company. The successful applicant will also need to be confident in speaking French.
Accommodation, Ski pass, equipment hire, insurance and travel expenses all included in any package.
For insurance requirements, applicants need to have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
