Rep/Driver need for winter 2011/12.

This is a very varied role from repping duties, to driving of guests to provide an in resort shuttle service and occasionally airport transfers to carrying out administrative tasks for the reps and the overseas manager who is based in rides les Bains.

You will be collating and distributing information sent to resort from
our UK office to the rep teams, booking transfers, preparing documentation and filing for the overseas manager and the reps as well as liaising with guests and selling of lift passes and equipment on arrival.

This is a full time role, working hours will be flexible and varied with
our busiest times as our company name suggests being the weekends!

Requirements

* You will have at least 1 season's previous winter resort
experience, with excellent knowledge of word and excel. 

* You will be numeric and accurate,with the ability to work according to deadlines.

*You will need to be able to work independently but be an excellent team player, with the ability to liaise with staff and suppliers at all levels

* You will be confident, flexible, a good listener and able to think clearly and rationally in a crisis.

* You will be over 21 yrs old and hold a clean UK drivers licence.

* Conversational French is desirable
