Resort Managers

Description

Supertravel are looking for friendly and dynamic people who have superb organisational and motivational skills to take on the challenge of running a resort!

You will need to be adaptable, highly customer focused and not afraid of hard work, but in return you will gain plenty of job satisfaction and lots of time on the slopes as well as a ready made social life!

Requirements

You will ideally have previously worked abroad for a couple of seasons and be looking for the next step into management.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven staff management experience, be highly organised, have great attention to detail and a flexible and proactive approach to work.

You should be a good team player as well as being able to work on your own initiative with excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be an advanced skier/snowboarder.

You will be computer literate (Word, Excel, Email & Internet) and have a clean driving licence.

Ideally, you will also speak German/French and have experience in budgeting and accounting.

We require all our staff to hold a UK or EU passport, a UK national insurance number and bank account.

Minimum age is 23 yrs due to restrictions with driving insurance.
