Description
This role is potentially more diverse than any other in the management team. It is designed with the understanding that resort operations are never routine.
You will need to be highly flexible and proactive to address the varying needs of guests and colleagues that arise from week to week.
Certain aspects of the job will remain the same every week. These may include chalet management, visiting and providing SD service to hotel guests, looking after arriving and departing guests at the airport and ensuring transfers are carried out smoothly.
Other responsibilities will vary from week to week and could cover any aspect of resort operations. Examples might include dealing with corporate groups, planning for arriving members of staff or helping out in understaffed areas.
Requirements
Essential:
- Relevant experience in management, hospitality and winter resorts
- Full driving licence
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in French or German
