Are you looking for a change of scenery?
This is a long term opportunity in the French Alps starting this winter!
We are looking for an ambitious Sous Chef, reporting to the Head Chef in an English speaking team of three.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of a specific section of the kitchen.
You will need the ability to cook consistently and enthusiastically to a minimum two AA rosette standard, to ensure all recipes and food preparation meets company standard and demonstrates a commitment to quality and attaining a Michelan Star.
You will need to be able to to:
- ensure that all sections and the environment is kept spotlessly clean and hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- produce and deliver quality food
- be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and guests
- demonstrate a passion for attention to detail and excellence
- have ambition to learn and develop
- be self motivated and well organised

Requirements

Have previous experience working in a kitchen of an award winning restaurant
