Description
Sunsail Clubs is currently recruiting for Club Vounaki in Greece. Sailing is like the way of life here. The resort offers something for everyone both on and off the water and is the perfect family holiday escape, especially for those looking to learn something new. Our Kid’s Clubs cater for all ages from 4 months to 17 year olds, and our shorebased activities include Tennis courts, fitness Studio and Mountain Biking.
About the role
- Supervise the running of the bar and restaurant operation including the taking and delivery of orders.
- Ensure that the bar and restaurant area comply with all company health and safety standards.
- Create an atmosphere, which encourages guests to use the bar to a maximum.
- You may be required to move between different resorts according to operational needs
Requirements
- 3yrs previous experience in Food and Beverage at management level
- A good knowledge of different cocktails and beverages
- Ability to deal with customers
- Be able to use a computer
- IBT Level 3 or equivalent
- First Aid certificate
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
