Description
We require an Assistant Chef to work alongside a Head Chef in our jumbo chalet, Hotel les Chamois above Morzine in the vast Porte du Soleil. The chalet accommodates 48 people.

Service includes breakfast, afternoon tea, and a three-course evening meal.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the Head Chef, food preparation, deserts and pastries and working the lunchtime BBQ. You will be catering for up to 48 clients and meals must be presented to a high standard.

Requirements
Previous experience is desirable.
