Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work as Assistant Chefs for the coming season.

You'll assist the Head Chef in his or her responsibilities, which include menu planning, ordering and general responsibility for the kitchen including full involvement in maintaining kitchen hygiene and cleaning standards.

You'll help to provide breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course evening meal to an exceptional standard.

Requirements
You must be personable, outgoing and extremely organised. You must be flexible and able to follow instructions precisely while also displaying initiative and imagination. You must be able to prepare breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course evening meal to a high dinner-party standard, 6 days of the week.

Applicants must hold an EU passport and UK National Insurance Number.
