Exceptional Assistant Hotel Manager required in new flagship hotel in the French Alps.
The assistant hotel manager is the right-hand-person to the hotel manager. They will need to be incredibly versatile, as the remit for the job will extend into every area of the hotel operation – as well as filling in as the duty manager when the hotel manager is not on duty.
Based in the hotel reception, they will also be in charge of all check-ins and outs, the hotel accounts and responsible for the book-keeping and reporting to the Hotel Manager on the budgets.
This is a position of responsibility, in a key property for the company, and also an opportunity to move into a senior management position in the future, and so we are looking for the very highest calibre of person for our hotel management positions.
The Saint Louis is our new flagship hotel located in an enviable location just off the world famous Bellecote piste in Courchevel 1850. The role of the management team in the Hotel Saint Louis is pivotal to the successful delivery of our product in this new property.
Requirements
- Management experience, preferably within the hotel industry
- Knowledge and understanding of sales strategies and business development
- Strong interpersonal skills including motivation, performance management and goal-setting
- Previous and relevant Customer Service experience
- Good time-management, organisation and prioritisation skills
