You will have responsible for the smooth running of the bar in one of our club hotels. You responsibilities will include:
· Keep stock levels adequate and make all necessary orders
· To record all bar accounts on a computer spreadsheet in conjunction with the Hotel Manager, and ensure these are timely and accurate.
· To run the bar efficiently in order to create revenue and increase company profits - serving drinks and snacks from 4pm to midnight
· On a daily basis, ensure that the bar is sufficiently stocked and to provide wine for the evening meal to kitchen for distribution
· Good knowledge of French is advantageous
