Ski Verbier is looking for talented chef/hosts to join our team of young professionals. You will run one of our chalets on your own, providing beautifully cooked and presented meals for up to 6 guests. You will provide cooked breakfast, homemade afternoon tea, canapés and a four-course evening meal. You will also be expected to clean and maintain your chalet to the high standards set.
Ski Verbier's excellent reputation has been built on its exceptional cuisine and high quality service. If you are a creative, passionate and dedicated chef, we would like to hear from you.
We have been operating solely in Verbier for the last 16 winters and with 17 stunning chalets and two of our own hotels, we are firmly established as 'The' Verbier Specialists.
We have positions available from the beginning of December through to the end of April. If you are not afraid of hard work and feel that you are a highly organised, talented, motivated person and that you would like to spend 5 winter months working in the most amazing mountain environment then please apply.

Recommended qualifications/experience for applicants include:
- Hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Recognised catering qualification or diploma and catering experience to high standard dinner parties
- Stock control and budgeting experience
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- A good eye for detail when it comes to cleaning and presenting the chalet
- Positive and friendly attitude |
