Chalet Chef

Description

If you are a creative, passionate and dedicated chef who wants to spend 5 months in the most fantastic mountain environment, we would like to hear from you.

Ski Verbier's excellent reputation has been built on its exceptional cuisine and high quality service.

You will run one of our chalets in conjunction with a chalet host and will be required to provide beautifully cooked and presented meals for between 8 and 12 guests.

You will provide cooked breakfast, homemade afternoon tea, canapés and a four course evening meal six days per week.

Working hours generally run from 07:30 - 11:00 and 17:00 - 22:30.

Requirements

Recognised catering qualification or diploma (min 6 months) is essential.

Previouse catering experience to high standard is essential.

Stock control & budgeting experience, basic food hygiene certificate is essential.

EU Passport (essential).
