Snowology - more than just another ski job!
The Chalet Chef is responsible for the day-to-day management of either Chalet Sache (sleeping 12-15 guests) or Chalet Nicole (sleeping 14-16 guests). Each Chalet Chef will work closely with the Chalet Host to ensure that ensuring that the guests' needs are met at all times while maintaining Snowology's standards.
The Chalet Chef's primary responsibility is for the provision of unique, high quality meals, which are well presented and creatively put together. There are also some daily cleaning duties in the chalet. |

Previous Experience:
Recognised catering qualification or extensive experience in catering is strongly preferred.
A genuine love of food and an energetic and courteous attitude is essential. Previous chalet work and spoken French are not necessary, but they are an advantage.
The hours are long and the job is physically and emotionally demanding and you need to be good at working as part of a team. You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused, self motivated and conscientious. You must be of a pleasant and sociable disposition and willing to engage with our guests. Stamina and enthusiasm are essential.
