Description

Spend the winter in the heart of the Three Valleys running one of our four beautiful chalets!

We are looking for talented experienced chefs to be part of our small luxury chalet company. We aim to provide an exemplary menu with a high food and wine budget.

Together with your chalet host you will manage your chalet, designing a hearty breakfast menu and varied and sumptuous 4-course meals, keeping high standards of cleanliness throughout the chalet, controlling stocks and weekly budgets and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

In return we will give you a high level of autonomy, structured support and guidance from within a small dedicated team. Requirements

Our requirements are simple – we need skilful chefs with great personalities.
Cooking qualification and / or significant experience in professional kitchens.
