Chalet Chef

Description

Great opportunity for an enthusiastic chef to prepare excellent meals at our luxury chalets in Courchevel and our bespoke chalet in St Anton, in a fun and exciting environment!

As a chalet chef your duties will include:

* Freshly prepare and cook, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course meal per day
* Menu design/planning and presentation
* Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met
* Along with your team members you will ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and the chalet
* You will be responsible for the ordering of food stocks and speaking with suppliers
* Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team members and clients.

Requirements

You will have an enthusiasm for food that shows quality of produce, creative presentation and flair. You will also have the ability to relate well to people and their needs, dietary or otherwise. You will need to be able to work well with your team members.

Ideally you will be 23yrs or older and have experience in the Chalet Industry (not essential)
