We seek an enthusiastic chef to prepare excellent meals at our luxury chalets in St Anton, Austria. As a chalet chef your duties will include:
* Freshly prepare and cook, breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course meal 6 days a week
* Menu design/planning and presentation is to be to professional catering standard
* Ensure all client needs, expectations and requirements are met at all times
* Along with your team members you will ensure the cleanliness of the chalet and its property. Your key responsibility will be the kitchen and its associated areas.
* You will be responsible for the ordering of food stocks and speaking with suppliers
* That the standards expected and set from both the client and Kaluma are adhered to
* With your chalet hosts you will submit your paperwork on time and in good order
* Have a flexible attitude to your role, company, team members and clients |

You will have an enthusiasm for food that shows quality of produce, creative presentation and flair. You will also have the ability to relate well to people and their needs, dietary or otherwise. You will need to be able to work well with your team members. |
