Spend your winter working in La Tania!
Ski-Dazzle is a small family company operating three chalets. We are looking to recruit couples or friends to help run the chalets.
Working as a chalet chef, you will be responsible for producing a a full cooked breakfast each morning, then an afternoon tea. You will also be responsible for a four course dinner with local wines and coffee, and possibly a children's supper.
As well as cooking, you will also assist with the cleaning of the chalet, and be in charge of ordering the food and the wine. You will also carry out stock checks on a weekly basis.
Being a small company means that we really care if our guests enjoy their holiday with us. Many of our clients are regular guests, whom have become accustomed to being looked after to an extremely high standard by our conscientious staff. With that in mind, we prefer more mature applicants who take more pride and time in their work and who can converse well with the guests.

Relevant qualifications or professional experience is preferable, but not essential as we have a set menu which we will train you on, but a passion for cooking and confidence in throwing dinner parties is necessary.
All applicants must hold hold a UK/EU passport or full EU Visa/UK National Insurance. |
