Chalet Chefs

Description

We are looking for URGENTLY REQUIRE dynamic, competent  FEMALE chefs or cooks to work with Chalet hosts to provide a high level of food presentation and most importantly taste.

Your primary responsibility is for the provision of fine cuisine, which are well presented and creatively put together and within budget. 

You will also be responsible for the overall cleanliness and presentation of the chalet on changeover day. You must ensure that excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in/around the chalet at all times - particular focus on the kitchen, kitchen equipment, dining room/area and food storage areas. 

You will get time to ski and enjoy your self, if you are well organised you should expect to ski on you day off plus the other days in the week between 11-4. Saturdays and Sundays are generally filled up with duties.

You may have to work in an open kitchen where you will be part of the chalet environment and often part of the guests holiday!

You will also need to drive to collect your own shopping once a week and know about budgeting and accounting.

Requirements

Recognised catering qualification and extensive experience in catering.

MUST BE FEMALE TO TO LIVING ARRANGEMENTS
 
A genuine love of food and an energetic and courteous attitude is essential. 

You must also have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused, self-motivated and conscientious. Stamina, enthusiasm and a sense of humour are essential. 

Previous chalet work  are essential.

All applicants will also require a UK NI number, full clean driving license.
