Take your hospitality skills to new heights and work in the stunning resort of Meribel this Winter!

Working in contemporary yet gorgeously comfy chalets and lodges sleeping between 8 and 14 in Meribel Les Allues, this is your chance to use your cheery and enthusiastic nature to make a real difference to our client’s holidays. When your working standards meet and exceed specific targets then we believe in rewarding our employees with an end of season bonus.

A stay at Just isn’t just about the highest standards in accommodation and food. It’s about people who think about what makes a great holiday a fantastic experience and delivering that with bucket loads of happiness. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver delicious, beautiful and hearty evening meals 4 nights a week.
* Prepare and cook breakfast and afternoon tea cakes and truffles 6 days a week.
* Devise own menus
* Manage food budget and present weekly breakdown.
* Help host with cleaning and maintaining of lodge.
* Help drive guests to and from the slopes

Requirements
Abilities and Expectations:

* Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills
* Motivated and energetic
* Professional and organised

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
* Two years worth of catering experience or a years of ski chalet catering
* Clean driving license
