Description

If you would like to live in Chamonix this winter and immerse yourself in French cooking and hospitality then please read on! 

We are looking for creative chefs, foodies with experience of fine dining, to join our family run team.  Many of our staff return for a second or third season.

Based in Chamonix Mont Blanc, France, you would be creating dishes for guests of many different nationalities.

Your responsibilities would include:

* providing a high level of friendly service ensuring guests have a relaxed holiday
* working with a team of chefs, helping to design the menus
* shopping
* preparing breakfast, afternoon tea & cake, four/five course dinner with wine on 5 nights per week
* providing an early children’s supper as required
* helping with changeover day

Requirements

You should:
* hold a recognised catering qualification or have extensive experience as a chef
* be organised, flexible and motivated
* have a friendly manner and a good sense of humour!
* ideally be able to speak French and hold a driving licence

Please note that applicants must have working papers for the UK with a NI number and a British bank account.
