Description

Provide quality cuisine to our guests this winter!

Bolster the reputation of Snowlife by showing culinary flair and a professional attitude. Duties include cooking for up to 40 covers, as well as shopping and budgeting on a weekly basis. You will be responsible for kitchen hygiene and menu planning, as well as ensuring our guests have a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Requirements

You must be qualified to a minimum 7061/2 or equivalent and able to produce food to 3 rosette standard. Need to be organised, talented, self-motivated and not afraid of hard work.
