Description
Chalet Floralie has the reputation of probably the best catered Chalet in St Martin de Belleville. With its hi-tech furnishings and professional stainless steel kitchen it has been designed to meet the highest standards of expectation for the guests.
The kitchen is a professional stainless steel build with superfast dishwasher, 8 hob double oven, microwave oven, large fridge, 2 freezers, large plate warming cupboard, heat lamps and endless utensils.
The chef will be responsible for working to a weekly budget, creating menus, purchasing all foods and maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Requirements
*To have worked in top restaurants to a Michelin star standard.
*Breakfast can be managed by the Chalet staff
*Tea time (4 pm) will provide sandwiches and a home made cake.
*Dinner comprises 4 courses with complimentary wine.
*Champagne reception with canapes on first day of holiday.
*Starter, Main course, Dessert, Cheese and Coffee
*Will need a full driving license
