Description
Prepare food to the highest standards and manage a small team of staff in the Swiss Alps.
Be part of a dynamic team at camps for international schools in beautiful Switzerland. A fantastic opportunity to work with children, spend a winter season in the mountains and meet other like-minded travellers.
Responsibility for the preparation of high quality food to groups of up to 100 children and adults.
• Manage the efficient operation of the kitchen and dining room, producing and serving meals to an agreed
menu and an agreed budget
• Supervise the staff assigned to kitchen and dining room duties
• Control the hygiene of the kitchen and maintain it to the very highest standards
• Establish and maintain the kitchen stock, ordering through designated suppliers, as required
• Produce stock inventories and budget analyses, as required
All staff must be a role model to the children who are our guests, act responsibly and in a caring manner at all times and show understanding of and appreciation for diverse cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience in a catering environment (preferably in a supervisory role) and be organized, adaptable, trustworthy, patient and presentable.
All applicants must be at least 23 years of age and fluent in English.

Salary: CHF 615/week after tax & deductions (approx. EUR 510, GBP 450, USD 725, CAD 710, AUD 685, NZD 900)*
